 Skylife Mobile's USIM plan does not have a mandatory period of use or mandatory commitment period, so you are free to cancel your subscription any time.
Please contact the Customer Center (1588-3002 (paid) or 114 (free) for the cancellation.




스카이라이프 - [Foreigner] How can I change my number?
Please send a copy of "service change application" and ID card to the customer center, then ask for number change. ※ No ID required for credit card authentication






스카이라이프 - [Foreigner] How long can I deactivate my phone?
 You can suspend your phone twice a year, and each suspension can last up to 90 days (max. 180 days).
There is no limit on the number of times for the suspension due to lost.
A basic fee of KRW 3,850 (including VAT) will be charged for the suspension period.






스카이라이프 - [Foreigner] Is data exhaustion notifed by text? How much will be charged for the excess data use?
 Basically when 50%, 80% and 100% of text/call/data are exhausted, KT will send text notifications.

Your new number will be registered to Ring-to-You, so existing music files will be deleted.

 Data roaming is an unlimited 3G data service available using the network of affiliated telecommunication carriers overseas(160 countries). The usage fee is KRW 11,000/day based on the application time. (KST / VAT included)
